If you get this alert during the registration window, please check the event again to see if any spots opened .

Adventures For Women (AFW), founded by Betsy Thomason, is a non-profit organization. AFW is one of the few women only outdoor clubs in the U.S.

We are an eclectic organization that loves to explore and is equally at home in the woods, the suburbs, or the city. We pride ourselves on providing ample opportunities for women to empower, improve and define themselves. We teach women to be comfortable in the woods, to protect the environment, and to push themselves to new levels. Along the way, our members make friends and find others to support and encourage them as they flourish. We are women who love having fun outdoors.

Important information about Event Registration
When you sign up for events online, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don't, please send a separate email to AFW with your signup information.
If you sign up at the last minute and receive no confirmation from AFW or the leader, do not assume that the event is still scheduled.
